Warranty

At RapidConnect Technologies, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and accurate information. If you receive a faulty product due to defective parts or poor workmanship, we may offer replacement, but not guaranty, after accessing the nature of the fault. Please note that our products are not everyday consumer items like mobile phones —they require a good level of technical knowledge to use effectively.

This warranty only applies to physical hardware that we sell. We do not provide a warranty for software, sample code, manuals, or other documentation, except for essential tools (sample code is not considered essential). To qualify for a replacement, you must notify us with detailed information about the issue within 15 days of invoice the product.

If you’re ever unhappy with a product, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue. If you return a product for any reason other than it being faulty, you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with sending it back.
